Pricing FAQ
How does the 14-day trial work?+
Full access to every feature for 14 days, no credit card. At the end of the trial you pick a plan; if you do nothing, the workspace moves to read-only mode until you upgrade or delete it. No surprise charges.
What counts as an agent?+
A user with the AGENT role or higher (TEAM_LEAD, ADMIN, OWNER). Customers, viewers, and external collaborators do not count toward your seat total. You only pay for active seats — deactivated seats are removed at the next billing cycle.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated within the current billing cycle; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. There is no minimum contract on monthly plans.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes. Annual billing is 17% cheaper than monthly. The discount is shown on the pricing toggle.
What is included in Enterprise?+
Volume pricing, dedicated infrastructure, regional data residency on request, custom SLA, dedicated CSM, optional on-premise audit logs, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 attestation under NDA. Contact sales for a quote.
