We build the support platform we wished we had

HelpMesh is a product of Jolly Group — a Dubai-based studio that ships software for the realities of running customer-facing products at scale.

The problem we set out to solve

Every product company eventually runs into the same wall: their support tooling stops fitting. Zendesk gets too rigid, Intercom gets too expensive, Freshdesk gets too slow. The team builds workarounds, exports CSVs, hires more agents — until someone says "we should just build this ourselves."

HelpMesh is what happens when you take that someone seriously. It is the support platform we wanted for our own products — PropVista, SendMesh, LeasePulse, Cliaro — and decided to make available to other product companies in the same spot.

What we believe

  • API-first is non-negotiable. If your support platform's UI is doing things its API can't, you are not actually owning your customer data.
  • White-label is a default, not an upsell. Your brand belongs in your customers' inboxes. Period.
  • AI assists, never decides. Drafts and suggestions, not autopilot. Trust is earned with humans in the loop.
  • Compliance is the foundation, not a feature. ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPL — built in, not bolted on.

Where we are based

HelpMesh is operated by Jolly Group from Dubai, with infrastructure in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). UAE and EU data residency are on the roadmap for Phase 6.5. Our team works across time zones; you can reach us at any hour via the support channels in the dashboard.

The Jolly Group product family

HelpMesh is one of several products we build. The others — PropVista (real estate data), SendMesh (email infrastructure), LeasePulse (commercial leasing analytics), Cliaro (in development) — share a stack and share lessons. When something works for one product, it tends to work for the others too.
